Late Arrivals:
We allow a 10-minute grace period. Arriving after 10 minutes may result in a shortened appointment with the full fee applied. Arriving 15+ minutes late may require rescheduling or forfeiting your deposit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit. No-shows will be charged the deposit and may affect future bookings.
